Unforgettable Luxury: Premium Tour of USS Missouri, Arizona Memorial & Punchbowl

Experience the profound history of World War II in the Pacific on our Premium USS Missouri, Arizona Memorial & Punchbowl Luxury Tour. I can’t wait to share this unforgettable journey with you! We’ll explore iconic sites that shaped our world, all while enjoying the comfort of our luxury mini coach.

Itinerary

Our adventure begins bright and early at 6:45 AM. We’ll pick you up from select Waikiki hotels, so there’s no need to worry about transportation. Sit back and relax as we set off to explore Pearl Harbor and the bustling streets of Honolulu.

Pearl Harbor Visitor Center
Upon arrival at Pearl Harbor, we’ll first visit the Visitor Center, where you can learn about the events leading up to the attack on December 7, 1941. The exhibits provide a deep dive into this pivotal moment in history, featuring artifacts, photographs, and documentaries that will enrich your understanding.

USS Arizona Memorial
Next, we’ll board a Navy vessel to the USS Arizona Memorial. As we glide across the water, you’ll feel the weight of history envelop you. This serene memorial stands as a tribute to the brave souls who lost their lives during the attack. While on the memorial, you’ll have time to reflect and take in the solemn beauty of this iconic site.

Battleship Missouri
Following the memorial visit, we’ll head to the Battleship Missouri for a self-guided tour. Walking the decks of this historic battleship is truly awe-inspiring. You’ll see where the Japanese formally surrendered, marking the end of World War II. It’s a place where history comes alive, and I encourage you to take your time exploring its vast decks and exhibits.

Punchbowl National Cemetery
After immersing ourselves in the history of Pearl Harbor, we’ll take a scenic drive through the Punchbowl National Cemetery. This beautiful cemetery, located in an extinct volcanic crater, honors the sacrifices made by those who served in the military. It’s a peaceful and respectful place, offering stunning views of the surrounding landscape.

Downtown Honolulu
As we make our way back, we’ll pass through downtown Honolulu, where I’ll point out several historic landmarks. You’ll get to see Iolani Palace, the only royal palace in the United States, as well as the Kawaiahaʻo Church and the King Kamehameha Statue. The State Capitol and Mission Houses Museum will also be visible from our route, showcasing the rich tapestry of Hawaii’s cultural heritage.

Lunch at Mangiamo’s by Restaurant 604
Around noon, we’ll stop for a delicious lunch at Mangiamo’s by Restaurant 604. With a variety of options available, you’re sure to find something to satisfy your appetite. If you have any dietary restrictions—be it vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, or nut allergy—please let us know at the time of booking so we can accommodate your needs.

Throughout the tour, you’ll be treated to a morning snack of banana bread and chilled bottled water, ensuring you stay refreshed and energized.
