Experience one of the most significant moments in American history on the Pearl Harbor Remembered Tour. Starting with a convenient pick-up from your Waikiki location, this tour takes you through Oahu’s historical World War II landmarks, including the USS Arizona Memorial and USS Missouri.
As we move through these landmarks, you’ll feel the powerful emotions that continue to resonate from the events of December 7, 1941, when Pearl Harbor was attacked. These stops will not only allow you to reflect on the past but will also offer insights into the bravery, sacrifice, and strength that shaped history.
What to Expect on Your Pearl Harbor Tour
The Pearl Harbor Remembered Tour covers essential World War II sites, ensuring you get a complete experience of this monumental historical location.
WWII Valor in the Pacific Monument & USS Arizona Memorial
The tour begins with a visit to the WWII Valor in the Pacific Monument, where you’ll walk through exhibits filled with artifacts, photographs, and personal stories of the events that took place on that fateful day. You’ll then proceed to the USS Arizona Memorial, a moving tribute to the 1,177 sailors and marines who lost their lives aboard the battleship during the attack. Standing above the sunken remains of the USS Arizona, you’ll feel the weight of history beneath your feet.USS Missouri Battleship on Ford Island
Next, we visit the USS Missouri, affectionately called the “Mighty Mo.” It was aboard this legendary battleship that the official surrender of Japan took place, ending World War II. You’ll get a chance to explore this immense ship, from its towering decks to the very spot where history was made. Walking through its corridors and standing where General MacArthur stood is an experience you’ll never forget.Historic Downtown Honolulu (Drive-Through Only)
On the way back to Waikiki, enjoy a scenic drive through Historic Downtown Honolulu. You’ll catch glimpses of landmarks like Iolani Palace, Kawaiahao Church, and the Hawaii State Capitol while your guide shares fascinating stories about their historical significance.
