  • Arizona Memorial Passes: While we do our best to secure pre-arranged boat passes to the USS Arizona Memorial, it is not guaranteed. In the rare case we are unable to obtain passes, you will be directed to the walk-up line for entry.
  • Attire: Comfortable attire is recommended, but shirts and shoes are required for entry into the USS Arizona Memorial. Swimwear is not permitted, and we recommend against wearing high heels or dresses due to the nature of the walking tours.
  • Weather: Be prepared for both indoor and outdoor portions of the tour. It can get hot, so hats, sunscreen, and sunglasses are recommended.
  • Accessibility: If you have any disabilities requiring special attention, please let us know at the time of booking so we can make the necessary arrangements.

1. Can we bring bags to Pearl Harbor?
Unfortunately, bags are not allowed inside the Pearl Harbor Visitor Center. However, there are storage lockers available for $6 per item at the entrance.

2. What happens if we can’t visit the USS Arizona Memorial?
Due to unforeseen circumstances, the Navy may suspend boat operations to the USS Arizona Memorial at any time. If this happens, we will still provide access to the museums, film, exhibits, and Visitor Center.

3. What is included in the Honolulu City Tour?
The city tour includes visits to key landmarks such as Iolani Palace, Punchbowl National Cemetery, King Kamehameha Statue, and more. It’s a perfect way to explore Honolulu’s history and culture after your Pearl Harbor visit.

4. Is lunch included?
Lunch is not included, but there are snack options available at the USS Arizona Memorial Visitor Center and other stops.

5. Can we take photos?
Yes, photography is allowed throughout most of the tour. However, be respectful when taking photos at memorial sites.
